Hereditary Disorders

Hereditary is applied to diseases such as hemophilia and characteristics such as the tendency toward baldness that pass from parents to children. Hereditary Disorders are caused by disturbances in storage, transmission, and production of genetic information. These are caused primarily by chromosomal and gene mutations.
