After care studies the duty to provide particular services for an individual ,they decide the nature and extent of the services provided when they have assessed the person’s needs for services. In addition to outpatient treatment, aftercare could include support from a community psychiatric nurse, counselling or therapy, social work, support with employment, accommodation or family relationships, assistance with benefits or managing money, the provision of domiciliary services and the use of day centre and residential facilities.
