Biography

Dr. Wong Chen Wai is currently affiliated to Faculty of Applied Sciences, UCSI University, continuing research in the specialized scientific area of Food engineering, Food rheology. Dr. Wong Chen Wai is serving as an honorary reviewer for Journal of Food Processing & Technology & other reputed journals and has authored several articles along with chapters in different books related to Extraction and purification of enzyme from plant sources, Enzymatic modification of starch.
