Biography

Markus Bodemann, born 1970 studied Economics and Business Law in Hamburg and Kassel / Germany; since 2013 doctoral student at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies ASE, Romania 2005 – 2011 project manager for the introduction of double-entry-bookkeeping in municipalities in Germany ; Current position is to develop IT strategies and processes for automation in the field of public sector application for public departments of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia in Germany at IT.NRW. Scientific main field is to optimize processes to cope with decisions and developments under uncertainty in public administration
