Abstract:

Lecture Content ? Classification of tooth wear/erosion ? Identify the aetiology of and risk factors associated with tooth wear/erosion ? Cover the prevalence and epidemiology of tooth wear/erosion Make correct diagnosis and explain the management. The lecture will highlight a new concept involving minimally invasive dentistry. With the use of bonded provisional restorations (without any tooth preparation), we can assess the changes of VDO, Function and Aesthetics. Once we are happy with these parameters we can safely move to state of the art minimally invasive indirect porcelain restoration.
