Abstract:

Introduction: It is well known that COVID-19 can include a large array of symptoms during the course of infection, but the clinical features and outcomes of the disease in neonates are still unknown. Case presentation: We report a neonate with pneumonia and pleural effusion due to COVID-19 infection. Conclusion: This case report may help other physicians to understand the different clinical symptoms of COVID-19 infection in neonates.
