Abstract:

Being Technology organization, private funder to small scale farmers since 1975, nominated distributors of EU/USA seed companies, funding is at buy-back, agriculture losses forced us for INNOVATED Agri-Tech based nutri- research in drying of food/livestock sourcing sites, factories/infrastructure/seasonal stations. Prior to 1975, we used to save food losses by manual sun-drying, developed multiple value added manual to mechanized Agri-Tech sheets to eradicate spoilage. This type of FOOD-TECH resulted. Wide range of livestock/nutri tech was developed. Innovated Kitchen drying trials achieved positivity; manual lines converted to mechanized, partial drying eliminated perishabilty by mobile drying units, food loss challenges were resolved scientifically, Nutritional losses reshaped by value added multiple intermediate drying technologies. Spoilage removed by technical drying solutions leading sustainability, developed partnerships in technological security. Innovated Tech applied in sustainability. Environmental issues resolved technically, industrial Tech applied at sourcing for food-positivity, industrial/future based research balanced nutritional values. Due to instant check on spoilage by female clusters, food losses instantly stopped. Qualitative/Quantitative INNOVATED drying impacted livestock & nutrition loss, NUTRI delivered field farming productivity. Pre/postharvest LOSSES were improved, by value added multiple drying technologies, focused at sourcing. Game changing livestock & NUTRI technologies facilitated food/agriculture/urban-rural processing partnerships, clusters enhanced in surrounding largely, with appropriate Ag-technologies. Practical industrial researched network shared. 40 years of innovated industrial based food & nutri is ready to save nutritional values by 2017-18, instead of 2050 @ Food & Beverages. Low income women are integral part of food security as , domestically trained in processing .SDGs converted to our in-house INNOVATED tech, reshaped EU/USA processing/production lines at less cost of 15 times, with equal outputs, consumer/oriented tech followed by smallholders.
