Dr. Lee received his Ph.D. from the Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, New York University. He has been a faculty member of the Graduate School of Public Administration, Seoul National University for 12 years. He has also served as a faculty member of Hankuk University of Foreign Studies and a research associate at Manpower Demonstration Research Corporation (MDRC). His primary area of research interest is about how to validly assess the effectiveness of public programs in both domestic and international domain.
