Research Interest
Dr. Sahin Direkel Research Interests includes DNA, RNA and plasmid isolation, purification, quantitation and manipulation (Hybridisation, amplification, electrophoresis) PCR, RT-Nested PCR, Multiplex PCR, PCR-RFLP, PFGE ,the Susceptibility Methods of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and Mycology.
