Biography

Mahbubur Rahman is an assistant professor in the department of Obstetrics & Gynecology and Center for Interdisciplinary Research in Women’s Health at the University of Texas Medical Branch. Dr. Rahman received his medical degree from Sir Salimullah Medical College, Dhaka, Bangladesh, a Masters degree from Harvard School of Public Health, and a PhD degree in Clinical Epidemiology from Kyoto University, Japan. His areas of expertise include obesity, body composition and nutritional awareness. He is a reviewer of 16 journals and has authored more than 100 peer-reviewed scientific articles.
