Biography
Since graduation from University of Copenhagen I have been employed especially as clinical microbiologist, but also within the following medical specialities: Internal medicine (4 years; a half year on a department of infectious diseases), ortopedic surgery (a half year) and radiology (1 year). From 1996 – march 2010 I was employed Statens Serum Institut, Copenhagen; from 2005 as head of the Neisseria and Streptococcus Reference Laboratory. Since march 2010 I have been employed at Department of clinical microbiology, Region Sjælland, Slagelse. Adjungated, associated professor (lektor) at Roskilde University since January 2010.
