Biography
Hiroyuki Tomiyama holds both M.D. and Ph.D. degrees. He serves as an Associate Professor and the Head of Molecular Genetics Team, Department of Neurology and Department of Neuroscience for Neurodegenerative Disorders, Juntendo University School of Medicine, Bunkyo, Tokyo. Tomiyama has previously served at the First Department of Internal Medicine, Hamamatsu University School of Medicine, Hamamatsu, Shizuoka, Japan. He serves as editorial board of two international journals.
Research Interest
His areas of expertise include neurodegenerative disorders, Parkinson's disease, genetics, clinical genetics, and genetic counseling.
