Biography

Dr. Alldredge is a Professor of Clinical Pharmacy and Neurology at the University of California, San Francisco and a member of the UCSF Epilepsy Center. He is an editor of Applied Therapeutics: The Clinical Use of Drugs - a pharmacotherapy text book used widely in health professions education, which was recently published in its 10th edition. He participates on invited review groups for the National Institutes of Neurological Disorders & Stroke, and he serves as a reviewer for journals in pharmacy, neurology and medicine. His research has been funded by the National Institutes of Health and professional organizations. In his role as Associate Dean, Academic Affairs for the School of Pharmacy, Dr. Alldredge serves on numerous committees and task forces related to faculty development, faculty life, and academic diversity.

Research Interest

His clinical practice and research interests focus on epilepsy, seizure emergencies, prehospital care, and pharmacogenomics.
