Biography

Dr. Amuchou Soraisham is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics and staff neonatologist at the University of Calgary. He is alumnus of JIPMER; he obtained his undergraduate (MBBS) and postgraduate pediatric (MD) training from JIPMER, Pondicherry.  He completed DM training in Neonatology from PGI, Chandigarh and subsequently completed fellowship training in Neonatal Perinatal Medicine at University of Calgary, Canada. He has obtained FRCPC (Pediatrics) degree from the Royal College of Physician and Surgeons of Canada. He has been trained in Perinatal Epidemiology and got his MSc in clinical epidemiology training from university of Calgary.

Research Interest

Chorioamnionitis and neonatal health outcome, neonatal hemodynamic studies, neurodevelopmental outcome and perinatal epidemiology.
