Biography
Yunus Alparslanis a professor in Department of Seafood Processing Technology, Mugla University, Turkey. He is awarded with a Ph.D degree in Fisheries engineering  from Mugla Sıtkı Kocman University in 2014 before that he hold a master degree in Fisheries engineering  from the same university in 2009.  His international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study. His research interests reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals.
