Biography
Victor Rao, MBBS, DMRD, RDMS is the Director of Ultrasound Education at the USC School of Medicine. He has had the opportunity to work in rural mission hospitals and has a wide array of clinical exposure including surgery, Ob-Gyn, general medicine, dermatology and radiology. His passion is ultrasound and he loves teaching ultrasound and is currently involved in training medical students, nurse practitioners and physicians in various specialties as well as primary care physicians in diagnostic ultrasound. He also has been involved in clinical research in the USA in the use of high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) to treat BPH and prostate cancer
