Biography
Tapani Alatossava is a Professor in Faculty of Agriculture and Forestry, Department of Food and Environmental Sciences, Helsinki University, Finland. He has awarded with a Ph.D degree in genetics from university of Oulu in 1987. Before that He has completed his M.Sc in biochemistry from the same university in 1979. His research emphasizes in diary technology and he is the principal investigator of the research group. His area of expertise, as a Professor credits him with many publications in national and international journals.
