Dr Sri Sedjatiis awarded PhD fromMarine Science Department – Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Science, Diponegoro UniversityTembalang, Semarang 50275, IndonesiaHe holds a Master Degree (MSc) ,followed by a Bachelor’s Degree.  He has extended his valuable service inMarine Science Department – Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Science, Diponegoro UniversityTembalang, Semarang 50275, Indonesiaand has been a recipient of many award and grants. Currently, he is working as a faculty. His international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study.  His research interests reflectchitosan concentration, salted-dried anchovy, storage time, total bacteria count,organoleptic testin his wide range of publications in various national and international journals.  He serves as a member of various associations, apart from being an author for many publications.
