Biography
Shiowshuh Sheen is a Research Food Technologist in Eastern Regional Research Center, U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, Wyndmoor, Pennsylvania, USA. He is awarded with a Ph.D degree in food engineering from The State University of New Jersey, USA in 1989. Before that he has completed M.S in Food Engineering from University of Massachusetts Amherst in 1986. His is inclined toward in the research of food preservation, meat quality and food pathogens. His research interests reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals.
