Biography

Shimo Peter Shimo is a chemist in government chemist laboratory agency, Tanzania. He is also a Ph.D scholar in agricultural products quality and safety from graduate school of chinese academy of agricultural sciences. Before that he has completed M.Sc in food science and technology from ku leuven and ughent in 2008.
