Biography
Ranveer RC is an Assistant Professor in Department of food science and technology, Shivaji University, India. He has awarded with a Ph.D degree in food technology from Shivaji University, Kolhapur in 2015. Before that he has completed M.Tech in Food Technology from Marathwada Agricultural University in 2000. He is life member of much association like dairy Technology society of India and Hind Agri-horticultural society. He specializes in the field of fodd process engineering. His area of expertise, credits him with many publications in national and international journals.
