Biography
Rafael Coveñas is working on the involvement of the substance P/neurokinin-1 receptor system in cancer and on the use of neurokinin-1 receptor antagonists as antitumor drugs. Moreover, using immunocytochemical techniques, I am working on the distribution of neuropeptides and classical neurotransmiters in the central nervous system of mammals and on the involvement of these sustances in several pathologies.
