Biography
Currently, I am the Director and Head of Department of FOOD TECHNOLOGY of the FEDERAL INSTITUTE OF INDUSTRIAL RESEARCH OSHODI LAGOS NIGERIA with at least 25 years of research experience in Food processing and preservation, adding value to agricultural produce particularly on cassava, cocoyam, yam, Bambara groundnut, Sweet potato , Dates, watermelon, maize, sorghum and soybeans . I also have at least 33 peer reviewed Journal publications ( local and international ) , three different chapters in two different books.
