Biography
He was awarded PhD in Aquaculture - FURG (2014), Master of Aquaculture - FURG (2010), holds a degree in Fishing Engineering from the Federal University of Amazonas- UFAM (2006), technical training in data processing for the Federal Center of Technological Education - CEFET / AM (2001) (Current, Federal Institute of Amazonas - IFAM). He has experience in fish farming area and fish technology, acting on the following topics: inland fisheries, marine fish farming in near-shore farming system, inland fisheries, processing and development of new products, packaging, modified atmosphere, smart packaging, quality and fish processing and process optimization in the fishing industry. Currently he is Professor and Pedagogical Coordinator of the course of Technology in Fish Production of the University of the State of Amazonas - UEA, holds the office of Vice President of the Association of the State of Amazonas Fishing Engineers - AEP / AM, Counsellor of the Regional Council of Engineering and Amazon Agronomy - CREA / AM, as well as chair of the Aquaculture CONEPA Committee - State Council of Fisheries and Aquaculture of the State of Amazonas.
