Lee-Fong Siow
Biography
She was awarded PhD in Food Science and technology from University of Otago, New Zealand. Currently, she is working as a Senior lecturer at Monash University, Malaysia. She has extended his valuable service for many years and has been a recipient of many award and grants. Her international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study.
