Biography
José has a degree in farmacy and biochemistry (2015) from the Universidade Estadual Paulista "Julio de Mesquita Filho" (UNESP), at Brasil. Actually he is a PhD student in Nutrition with an offcial grant from the Conselho Nacional de Pesquisa (CNPq) at Brasil. Nowadays, he is working in the project "Bioactive components of stir-fry. Metabolomic study and mechanisms involved in the control of oxidative stress and inflammation".
