Biography
Jennifer Bell is a mediation practitioner who has served individuals and businesses in Ontario since 2005. She understands the intricacies of effective dispute management and provides her clients a means to reach fair, durable, consensual solutions. She has mediated disputes in a wide variety of subject areas, including condominium, construction, negligence, workplace, real estate, personal injury and commercial matters. Jennifer has been designated a Charter Mediator (C.Med.) by the ADR Institute of Canada and serves as a Director and VP President Elect of the ADR Institute of Ontario. Jennifer is a member of the mediation rosters for the Toronto Construction Association and the Ontario Mandatory Mediation Program for Toronto and Windsor. In addition to her mediation practice, Jennifer serves as Conflict Management Practitioner for the Department of National Defence. Jennifer is a graduate of York University’s Advanced Dispute Resolution program and also holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Toronto.

Increasing access to physical therapy care in rural areas. Improving educational programs in developing countries. Upper and lower extremity orthopedic injuries.
