Biography

She was awarded PhD in Nutrition from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Spain. Currently, she is working as a Professor at Centro de Investigación Interdisciplinario. Área Académica de Nutrición, Instituto de Ciencias de la Salud, Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Hidalgo, Mexico. She has extended his valuable service for many years and has been a recipient of many award and grants. Her international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study.
