Ernandes R Alencar
Biography
Graduated in Agricultural and Environmental Engineering from the Federal University of Viçosa (2004), master's degree in Agricultural Engineering (2006) and a PhD in Agricultural Engineering (2009), both from the Federal University of Viçosa. He has experience in Agricultural Engineering and Food Science and Technology, with an emphasis on pre-processing and storage of agricultural products, mainly in the following themes: quality of corn grain, soybean and peanuts; insect pests of stored grains, application of ozone in the post-harvest agricultural products, detoxification of aflatoxins, food safety.
