Dr. Elevina Eduviges Perez Sira is currently affiliated to Instituto de Tecnología de Alimentos, Facultad de Ciencias, Universidad Central de Venezuela, Faculty Full Professor, Head of Projects, Research project referee, Board Member University Committee. Coordinator of the graduate program of Food Science and Technology., continuing research in the specialized scientific area of Biology and Food Science, and Technology in the field of Grain Science, Starch Technology, Food Chemistry and Analysis, Food Development, and Food Production.. Dr. Elevina Eduviges Perez Sira is serving as an honorary reviewer for Journal of Food Processing & Technology & other reputed journals and has authored several articles along with chapters in different books related to Biology and Food Science, and Technology in the field of Grain Science, Starch Technology, Food Chemistry and Analysis, Food Development, and Food Production. Three years of experience as technician in dairy and meat products analysis. Ten years of experience in cost account management, kardex, control of inventories, and staff training.
