Durga Shankar Bunkar
Biography
Durga Shankar Bunkar has done his M. Tech. in Food Engineering & Technology from Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology, Longowal. Currently, he is working as an Assistant Professor at the Centre of Food Science & Technology, Banaras Hindu University, India. He has worked on production of biopigments form pseudomonas aeruginosa and optimization of process variables. His future research interest includes fermented foods.
