Biography

Dr. E. Kannan, Associate Professor of the department of Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics. He was awarded for outstanding performance as a PhD Scholar in presentation of papers at international, national and state level during academic year 2004-2005 by PSG College of Arts & Science, Coimbatore. He is involved in RESEARCH AT PRESENT  In continuation with my Ph.D. thesis, presently I am analyzing the antioxidative properties of the purple Kavanai rice in comparison with organic and conventional rice varieties.
