Biography
 Demeke Teklu Senbetu is having a BSc degree in Food Science and Post-harvest Technology and MSc degree in Human Nutrition and Food Science and also over five years experience in research with emphasis in Fish post-harvest technology, Dairy technology, Nutrition, Food safety, HACCP, and Food formulation and fortification. Extensive experience in Project Management, supervision, design and evaluation of projects. Great ability to collect and analyze data varying from field to laboratory, writing and presenting scientific reports. Published more than five papers on high impact international journals as a coauthor and present different articles on different international and national scientific conferences and symposiums. Currently working as an assistant researcher(employed) and Nutrition consultant(private).
