Biography
 Barber Murat is awarded PhD in Eighteen Mart University of Çanakkale in the Institute of Science and Technology,Turkey. She holds a Master Degree in The Ohio State University in Institute of Food Science and Technology, United States of America 2010. She has extended her valuable service as  researcher. Currently, he is working as an Professor. Her international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study.  His research interests reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals.  She is the Member of the Scientific / Professional Organizations such as Ohio valley section of the Institute of Food Technologists (OVIFT) ,The IFT Student Association (IFTS A), Institute of Food Technologists (IFT),The Journal of Food Science and Technology
