Biography
Anil Kr Chauhan obtained his M.Sc. in Dairy Science and Technology and Ph.D. in Dairy Science and Technology. He has supervised 08 Ph.D. and more than dozens of M.Sc. (Food Science and Dairy Technology) students. Dr. Chauhan joined as Professor (Food Technology) Centre of Food Science and Technology, IAS, BHU. Dr. Chauhan had been appointed as a Member of UP Subordinate Services Selection Commision, Lucknow. He has published number of research paper in different reputed journals and a book in Dairy Technology [Dairy Technology -A systematic Approach]. He has been a visiting scientist in University of Copenhagen, Denmark, Wageningen University, The Netherlands and PTC+ Oenkerk, The Netherlands. Presently, he is doing research on Value addition of foods,food products, food safety and quality management.

Fluid Foods Including Dairy Foods,Fermentation Technology,Enzyme Engineering and Technology,Downstream Processing,Vegetable Processing Technology.
