Biography
Amarinder Singh Bawa awarded Ph.D.in Food Science, 1983. University of Guelph, Canada, master degree in M.Sc. in Animal Science, 1980 University of Guelph, Canada and M.Sc. in Food Technology, 1974. FAO/UN/IFTTC, CFTRI, Mysore followed by B.Sc. in Agriculture, 1972. PAU, Ludhiana.He has extended his valuable service in field of food science for years and has been a recipient of many award and grants. His international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study. His research interests reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals.
