Biography
 Ali Rafe has completed  his  PhD degree in food science and technology at the age of 30 years from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad and jointed  his  rheological studies with North Carolina State University as a visiting researcher.  He  is a member of nanotechnology team of Research Institute of Food Science and Technology (RIFST).  He  has published more than 15 papers in reputed journals and international conferences.  His  interest is concerning about how macromolecules functions in food and make gels, particularly in terms of rheology.
