Dr. Ali Aberoumand is currently affiliated to Department of Fisheries, Faculty of Natural Resources, University of Behbahan, Kkuzestan, Iran, continuing research in the specialized scientific area of Physicochemical properties before and after processing, Food chemistry and processing, Diet contain seafood and its role in health of people. Dr. Ali Aberoumand is serving as an honorary reviewer for Journal of Food Processing & Technology & other reputed journals and has authored several articles along with chapters in different books related to Different methods of seafood processing involves drying and canning, brining,freezing and etc. Chemical and analysis of seafood and their nutritional value, Studies on aquatic physicochemical properties before and after processing, Studies on the diet contain seafood and its role in health of people, Food chemistry and processing
