Biography
 Aida Rodriguez De Stouvenel awarded PhD in Biotechnology Science from  Université Catholique de Louvain – Belgium, M. Sc in Applied Natural Sciences from Université Catholique de Louvain – Belgium, followed by B.Sc in Chemical Engineer Universidad del Valle - Colombia. He has received many awards and grants for his valuable contributions and discoveries in major area of research. His research interests, as a Researcher lie in food science. He is the Board Member of  peer reviewed journals and his area of expertise, as an Research Scholar credits him with many publications in national and international journals.
