Biography

Dr Richard C Schwartz is Professor of Microbiology and Molecular Genetics at the Michigan State University, USA. Dr Richard C Schwartz received his Ph.D. in Microbiology from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1980. He was a post-doctoral fellow at the University of California from 1983-1986 in Microbiology and Molecular Genetics. Dr Richard C Schwartz has over 43 peer reviewed publications.

Research Interest

high fat diet on mammary tumorigenesis, the role of inflammatory and immune processes in mammary tumorigenesis, and the roles of estrogen and progesterone in regulating the expression of proinflammatory genes in mammary epithelial cells and inflammatory processes in the mammary gland.
