Biography

Dr. Nabeel Al-Yateem is Assistant Professor of Nursing at the University of Sharjah, UAE.. He received his B.Sc. Nursing from University of Jordan in 2002. Dr. Nabeel Al-Yateem received his Ph.D. in Child and Adolescent (Pediatric) Nursing, National University of Ireland-Galwayfrom 2007- 2012. Dr. Nabeel Al-Yateem has professional membership in Care alliance Ireland: The national network of voluntary organizations supporting family carers, Irish Nursing Board, Irish Nurses Organization, Jordan Nurses and Midwives Council. He is serving as Reviewer in the Journal of “Scandinavian Journal of Caring Sciences (SJCS)” and “Mixed Methods Research Journal (MMR)” His research interests include Child and adolescents health, Transition between child and adult healthcare systems, the provision of developmentally appropriate care for children and adolescents, Decreasing children stress and anxiety within different healthcare settings
