Abstract:

The use of implant to replace missing teeth has become a routine restorative procedure in daily dentistry. However the presence of rotated tooth, mesially tilted teeth or super-erupted teeth and crowding poses restorative challenges in ideal pathway inclination, angulation and occlusion; therefore an integrated orthodontic management with or without the aid of TAD to facilitate the implant treatment while achieving optimal aesthetic results is indicated. This lecture would showcase clinical cases in adjunctive and comprehensive orthodontic treatment integrated with implant restoration to optimize best clinical outcomes.
