The patients?? high demanding expectations are actually to be carefully considered by the clinicians for a correct treatment plan in the treatment of anterior areas. Several new components are available for the manufacturing of implant abutments, crowns and veneers. These materials can be provided with CAD-CAM solutions (titanium, gold-hue titanium, zirconia), while ceramic veneers can be heat-pressed with 0.2-0.3 mm of thickness; such prosthetic solutions have to be considered as a part of a global esthetic treatment plan aiming to the armony of the whole frontal area. Nevertheless, before the prosthetic resolution of the high demanding clinical case, a correct surgical treatment should be followed; an adequate implant selection, a correct 3D implant placement, a correct soft tissues management will be crucial to finalize the treatment with the proper prosthetic solution. The surgical and prosthetic workflow will be carefully described by following the data available in the international literature.
