Pen culture is a new method of cultivation, used in Iran. Iran with the potential capability of using this mechanism such as the 900 km coastline in northern shore and also 1200 km coast line in south of the country and having many economical and particular fish species have not progressed important success in pen sea aquaculture yet. On the other hand, Guilan province by having 300 km coast line and rare fishes such as Acipenseridae and Osteichthyes has a considerable potential for developing pen culture; propagating this process can help reducing social impact of prey in this area and it can be effective in providing job for educated people.
