This workshop will provide an overview of quality improvement and engage participants in exploring critical factors that support successful change and quality improvement. Objectives: In this workshop, participants will: â?¢ Learn about the dimensions of quality as well as the various tools and approaches to implement quality improvement â?¢ Learn about the critical leadership behaviours and organizational practices that contribute to successful change management â?¢ Explore internal and external contextual factors that shape an overall quality and safety agenda â?¢ Work through a case scenario to identify and design a strategy to improve a healthcare service issue
