Editorial Note

Dear Readers,

With a phenomenal happiness, I need to impart my joy as we are in the eleventh year of this logical distributing field. From the outset we started this Journal of Food Processing and Technology with the desire to disperse propelled information everywhere throughout the globe. Luckily, with the consistent assistance of Eminent Editorial Board Members, potential analysts and dynamic creators (authors, reviewers) we can run this Journal so adequately till now and we believe it continues in future.

Journal of Food Processing and Technology gives the month to month distribution of articles in all regions identified with Food packaging, Food physical chemistry, Food chemistry, Food microbiology, Food packaging, Quality control, Food storage, Food grading etc. In the time of 2019, we have published a generally excellent number of articles, which were progressing divulgences. At present, our fundamental focus is to make scientific papers more accessible for aspiring researchers. With the assistance of publication board members, Executive Editors and Guest Editors, we are meaning to consider fascinating Special issue subjects to help the authors.
