Biography

Tamanna Sultana is a Programmer/Proteomics Analyst in Bioinformatics Analysis Core at University of Pittsburgh PA. She also serves as an Adjunct Faculty of Chemistry at Penn State New Kensington PA. She earned her PhD at Duquesne University Pittsburgh PA. She has published multiple peer reviewed articles in the area of Analytical Chemistry and Bioinformatics. She also serves as a reviewer in the field of Analytical Chemistry. She is the members of American Society for Mass Spectrometry ASMS and of the Association of Biomolecular Resource Facilities ABRF.

Research Interest

Bioinformatics algorithm evaluation, method development, validation and application in proteomics, lipidomics, and metabolomics.
