Biography

Associate professor at the Department of Commercial Law at the Faculty of Law of Masaryk
University, advocate and arbitrator at the Arbitration Court of the Czech Chamber of
Commerce and the Czech Chamber of Agriculture. She is an examiner for commercial law of
the Czech Bar Association. Member of the Appeals Commission of the Office for the
Protection of Competition for the protection of competition and significant market power and
of the Appeals Commission of the Energy Regulatory Office for the protection of consumers.
