Biography
Daisuke Kihara is an Associate Professor in the Departments of Biological Sciences and Computer Science at Purdue University. He joined Purdue University in 2003 and promoted to Associate professor in 2009. He received his PhD degree from Kyoto University in 1999.
Research Interest
His research interests include protein function prediction, protein structure prediction, and protein surface shape comparison for function prediction and docking.
