Educational Intervention for the Promote Behaviors Related to Oral Health: A Randomized Controlled Trial Protocol

Background: Oral health is an essential part of the overall health in infants, children, and adolescents because oral
diseases have effect on growth performance and quality of life. Given that adolescence is associated with many
changes, including physical, sexual and psychosocial changes, and on the other hand, nowadays many adolescents use
mobile applications to monitor their lifestyle behaviors and improve their health. Therefore, the present study will be
conducted with the aim of the effect of mobile app intervention based on the theory of self-efficacy on the
promotion of behaviors related to oral health of adolescents.
